- Refunds must be requested in writing with a brief explanation of dissatisfaction.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- No refunds for sessions cancelled by client within 48 hours of scheduled appointment.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Rescheduling: Free to reschedule up to 48 hours before appointment.
- Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the session fee and are not refundable.
- No-Show: If you don't attend a scheduled session without notice, the fee is forfeited.
3. Program Packages
- 4-week and 8-week programs have the same 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
- Refunds only apply to unused sessions (sessions completed are non-refundable).
- Program rescheduling follows the same 48-hour notice requirement.
4. Digital Products (Workbooks)
- Final Sale: Digital workbooks are final sales. Once downloaded and accessed, refunds cannot be issued.
- Technical Issues: If you cannot access your purchase due to a technical error on our end, we will troubleshoot and re-issue the product.
5. Payment Methods
- We accept credit card, debit card, and bank transfer payments.
- Payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways.
- Transaction fees charged by your bank are not refundable by us.
6. Refund Process

7. Disputes and Chargebacks
